Mench Social Media
Product name. “Mench Social Media” is the Mench.ai feature that allows a User to connect authorized social media accounts, prepare or select content, and publish or schedule that content to supported third-party platforms, including TikTok and YouTube. Mench Social Media acts only at the direction of the User and only within the permissions the User has granted through the applicable platform.
Information accessed. Depending on the platform and the permissions selected by the User, Mench Social Media may receive OAuth access tokens, refresh tokens where provided, account or channel identifiers, basic account or profile information, publishing permissions, creator or channel information required to display the correct destination account, and the text, images, video, captions, titles, descriptions, scheduling information, privacy selections, or other content that the User expressly chooses to publish.
How the information is used. Platform data is used only to authenticate the User, display the connected account, prepare the publishing interface, submit or schedule content requested by the User, confirm publishing status, troubleshoot the requested operation, maintain the authorized connection, and provide related Mench Social Media functionality. Mench.ai does not sell social media account data, credentials, access tokens, or content obtained through a social media API. We do not use such platform data for unrelated advertising, unrelated profiling, or surveillance.
Storage and security. Mench.ai may securely store access tokens, refresh tokens, platform account identifiers, authorization status, and limited operational records necessary to maintain a User-authorized connection and provide the requested feature. Content selected for publishing may be processed or temporarily retained as necessary to complete the User’s publishing or scheduling request. We apply reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to data and credentials used by Mench Social Media.
User control and revocation. Users control which supported accounts are connected and which actions are authorized. A User may disconnect an account or revoke authorization through the applicable platform’s account or app-permission settings, where available, or by contacting info@mench.ai. Upon a valid request, Mench.ai will delete or de-identify associated platform data that we are not required to retain for security, fraud-prevention, legal, or legitimate operational purposes.
TikTok — Mench Social Media
When a User connects TikTok to Mench Social Media, Mench.ai requests only the TikTok permissions necessary for the enabled feature. For content publishing, Mench Social Media may use TikTok authorization information and creator information to identify the authorized TikTok account, present TikTok-supported publishing and privacy choices, and upload or publish content only after the User takes an explicit action requesting that content be sent to TikTok. Mench.ai does not publish to a TikTok account without User authorization and a User-initiated publishing action. TikTok data is not sold or shared with unrelated third parties without the User’s consent, except as required to provide the requested integration or as required by law.

When a User connects a YouTube channel to Mench Social Media, Mench.ai may access only the YouTube account, channel, authorization, and content-related data permitted by the scopes the User approves and required for the selected feature. Mench Social Media may use this access to identify the authorized channel and, when the User specifically requests it, upload or manage content and related metadata on the User’s behalf. Mench.ai does not automate uploads, comments, likes, dislikes, subscriptions, or other write actions without the User’s prior specific authorization. Users may revoke Mench Social Media’s YouTube access through their Google Account permissions and may request deletion of stored Mench.ai data associated with the integration by contacting info@mench.ai.
Use of YouTube API Services through Mench Social Media is also subject to the applicable YouTube Terms of Service and Google privacy controls.

Product name. “Mench Calendar Buddy” is the Mench.ai scheduling and appointment feature that allows a User to connect an authorized calendar, including Google Calendar, so that Mench.ai can help display availability, schedule appointments, create calendar events, and support booking workflows requested by the User.
Google Calendar data accessed. When a User connects Google Calendar to Mench Calendar Buddy, Mench.ai requests only the Google OAuth scopes necessary for the enabled scheduling feature. Depending on the permissions granted, this may include calendar identifiers, calendar metadata, availability or free/busy information, event information, and permission to create, update, or delete calendar events when those actions are necessary to perform a User-requested booking or calendar operation.
How Google Calendar data is used. Google Calendar information is used solely to provide and maintain User-facing calendar and booking functionality, such as checking availability, preventing scheduling conflicts, displaying available times, creating or updating appointments, sending relevant booking details, and carrying out calendar actions specifically requested or configured by the User. Mench.ai does not sell Google Calendar data, use Google Calendar data for advertising, or use Google Workspace user data to develop, improve, or train generalized artificial intelligence or machine-learning models.
